The refund of a Cash Cow Brand Co (CCBC) by Zurina "Mayhem" Turrey the owner, is honored if all conditions bellow are met.  The products of CCBC are custom made locally and may take up to 3 weeks for a new product exchange or up to 5 business days for a full refund of cash value upon return the products in question.  

Conditions to qualify for a full refund or exchange:

• The product must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the receipt of purchase attached to product.
• Product must be unworn and returned in original packaging.  If product is damaged upon received customer must take a photo of procduct for their reference and email to CCBC within the return time frame.
• If product is damaged a photo must be taken within the time frame of the return policy and sent to CCBC email to start the return process.  If item is incorrect size then item must be returned in original packing and sent back to CCBC via mail or in person drop off.  An email must be sent to start the return process. 
• Process for return: If damaged take a photo of product and email within time frame of return policy or drop off in person appointment by email or phone encounters.  Email communication is at 602mma@cashcowbrandco.us and phone number for Merch help is 623-340-5972 Monday through Friday  between hours of 7am to 3pm.
• Process of refund will be in the form of payment at tender or in agreement between CCBC and consumer of product being returned.
